Question 1

What does MarginMurmur monitor?

Accepted Answer

MarginMurmur watches public competitor pages for meaningful changes to pricing, plans, offers, product language, availability, and related commercial details. It turns an observed change into a concise alert with context, so your team can decide what deserves attention.

Question 2

Which pages can I watch?

Accepted Answer

MarginMurmur reads ordinary HTML first and automatically loads a public page in an anonymous browser when useful pricing or offer content appears after JavaScript. Login-only pages, private areas, blocked or challenge pages, robots-disallowed pages, and non-HTML URLs are not monitored.

Question 3

Are the alerts on this page real?

Accepted Answer

The alert panel on this page is a clearly labeled representative example. A real alert starts with the public URL you submit, a baseline snapshot, and a later meaningful change on that page. MarginMurmur does not present an invented competitor event as live evidence.

Question 4

How much does MarginMurmur cost?

Accepted Answer

There is a Free plan for one monitored page, followed by Starter at $9/month for 10 pages, Pro at $19/month for 50 pages, and Business at $49/month for 250 pages. The current plan chooser is the source of truth, and paid plans use hosted checkout.

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan, enter a public competitor URL and the inbox where you want alerts, then let MarginMurmur establish the first snapshot. If you prefer to create an account first, use the signup flow and return to the monitor when you are ready.

Question 6

What happens after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Your selected plan and monitor request go through the existing MarginMurmur flow. Free monitoring can begin after the public page is read successfully; paid plans redirect to hosted checkout, where payment is handled securely before the monitor is activated.
